Status of literacy of ‘Raingamari’ village in Khulna

This study designed to find out the status of literacy at Raingamari village at Batiaghata upazila in Khulna. Khulna University authority has declared Raingamari as a ‘model research center’. It is a concentrated region for measuring of literacy levels and other educational indicators, aim at supporting the educational development of this area. This study investigated the status of literacy rate along with the basic education and enrolment rate of male-female children in education at Raingamari village.
