Outcome based education is an modern approach which focused on students learning outcome in a student centric way by avoiding the traditional teaching learning approach. On the basis of OBE curriculum implementation in Khulna University, this study initiated to find the knowledge, attitude and practice of OBE curriculum from the perspective of university faculty and experts from education discipline in Khulna University. Besides, this study also aimed to reveal the current challenges and additional suggestions regarding OBE curriculum implementation. The study followed a qualitative research design where data is collected through in-depth interview and key informants interview. The participant for the interview is selected using purposive sampling. Two faculty member is selected from each of the School of Khulna University as a part of in-depth interview and six teacher was selected from education discipline for key informant interview. The data from the interviews is analyzed through categorizing, coding and analyzing thematically. From the analyzed data four major theme is generated:(a) knowledge about OBE curriculum (b) attitudes towards OBE implementation (c) Current teaching practice of OBE (d) Challenges and barriers regarding OBE (e) Institutional supports and suggestions. This study found a lot of knowledge gap among the university faculty about OBE compare to the experts and get insights about attitude of faculty member where they are not satisfying about OBE due to various reason. Besides, the study explores no significant change in teaching learning practice after implementing OBE curriculum because of huge implementation gap. In the same way, the faculty members faced a lot of challenges to implementing the curriculum related to extensive workload, curriculum design and inadequate awareness among the learners. This study also revels about the crying support and suggestions for implementing an effective curriculum form teachers and expert’s perspectives.
