The primary aim of this study is to explore the effect of classroom management techniques and strategies on the academic achievement of the students at the undergrad level in Khulna University. The finding revealed three factors- students' needs, teachers' knowledge and teachers' skills- significantly influence classroom management and impact students' academic achievement.
