Md Mahmud Hussain
Assistant Professor

Md Mahmud Hussain is an assistant professor at the Institute of Education and Research, Khulna University, Bangladesh. His research interests include visual literacy, children’s literature, book design, illustrations, typography, visual incentives in learning, bioinspiration and biomimicry in early and primary education issues, and conducting educational research with children. Before joining academia, he worked as a graphic artist for the French Cultural Centre in Dhaka for a decade, during which time he was commissioned for several international projects. He is the designer of the Bangla logotype of Bangladesh’s foremost museum of the liberation war.
