Mr. Ripon Kumar Paul is currently working as a Assistant Professor at Human Resource Management Discipline, Khulna University, Bangladesh. He has done his graduation and post-graduation in management from the Department of Management, University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. He has completed his secondary and higher secondary education from Abhaynagar Pilot High School and Sheikh Abdul Wohab Model College under Jashore Board respectively. He is primarily interested to do his research work revolving around GHRM, IHRM, OB, HRM and AI, Circular Economy, Management. He has experience to lead different government research projects. Till now, he has 5 articles published in national and international prestigious journals namely Asian Journal of Management, Khulna University Studies, International Journal of Management and Accounting, Dhaka University Journal of Management, Jagannath University Journal of Business Studies. Mr. Paul is contributing to the academic community by serving as a reviewer of a respected journal i.e. Journal of Risk Analysis and Crisis Response. With his three years of experience, he has studied and worked in different private and public universities in Bangladesh.
