The traditional plant Alocasia macrorrhizos has been recognized for its medicinal properties, offering promising therapeutic potential against inflammation, wounds, and chronic metabolic diseases such as diabetes mellitus. The present study investigates the phytochemical composition, antioxidant potential, toxicity profile, and antidiabetic activity of the ethanolic extract of Alocasia macrorrhizos rhizomes, complemented by computational analyses.
