An assessment of the antitumor activity of nivolumab-conjugated gold nanoparticles against HeLa cells

The application of nanotechnology can be an effective approach to improving the clinical significance of nivolumab. Engineered gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) are highly remarked for their biocompatibility. AuNPs can easily penetrate and accumulate at tumor sites due to their enhanced permeability and retention. As a result, AuNPs can serve as a promising carrier to deliver biologics to the targeted sites. This project focuses on the immobilization of nivolumab to AuNPs to advance the treatment of skin cancer.
