Evaluation of Toxicological, Anti-allergic and Neuropharmacological activities of two popular hill tract plants: In vivo and In silico studies

The importance of herbal medicines against allergy prevention and treatment is receiving increasing attention due to the cost and side effects of the modern medicine. Most of the people in Bangladesh are suffering from allergic diseases due to air pollution and gradual climate change of our country. So, the objectives of this proposed research is to unveil the scientific evidence for the justification of the traditional use of Phrynium pubinerve and Bridelia stipulari leaves against allergy and neurological disorder as well as its safety for therapeutic usage
