Effects of Zinc (Zn) Under Different Levels of Boron (B) on the Vegetative Growth of Tomato Plant (Lycopersicon esculentum) in Hydroponic System

Vegetative growth is increased in optimum amount of boron content.
The outcome shows that rising boron concentration was associated with enhanced growth and nutrient uptake rate, but excess nutrients were decreased the vegetative growth which was prominent at T3 (T3= B 3.0 μM/L and Zn 0.4 μM/L) and T4 (T4= B 6.0 μM/L and Zn 0.4 μM/L) treatment.
The vegetative growth is the highest at T2 (T2= B 1.5 μM/L and Zn 0.4 μM/L) treatment interaction.

In case of chemical analysis of plants Fe, P and S uptake were enhanced with an increased supply of boron which indicates a positive significant relation among them. On the other hand Zn uptake was decreased under high boron supply and the relationship between them is not significant.
