Currently, I am an Assistant Professor in the Law discipline at Khulna University. I completed my LL.M. and LL.B. degrees at the University of Rajshahi. Before that, I held the position of Lecturer (Provisional) at Varendra University, Rajshahi. Over the course of my career, I have authored three publications, reflecting my interests in human rights, legal systems, post-colonial legal systems, and Intellectual property laws. My dedication to promoting justice and advocating for the rights of individuals continues to be a driving force in my academic journey.

Business Law

This course is designed to introduce relevant provisions of laws regarding the operation of the business in Bangladesh. The objectives of this course are:

  • to introduce the students with principal laws relating to the business; and
  • to make students knowledgeable about the rights and responsibilities to establish and run a business.

Law of Criminal Procedure

This course is designed to introduce the students to the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1898. The main objectives of this course are:

  • to introduce the students with different stages of a criminal case;
  • to familiarise them with the procedures followed in criminal cases; and
  • to make them knowledgeable about the proper authority to institute a criminal case as well as to manage trial proceedings in relevant courts.

This course is designed to explore the art of advocacy and professional ethics in legal professions

Cyber and Telecommunication Law

This course provides an introduction to the basic concepts of media and information technology laws.

Jurisprudence

The course intends to provide students with a fundamental grasp of legal philosophy.
