Sin begets sin. It brings suffering for the
sinners as well as for others. This paper attempts to critique the sins
of the characters of Khaled Hosseini’s The Kite Runner by identifying
their wrong deeds, showing the causes behind their committed sins, and
analysing the impacts of their wrong deeds on the committers and others in the
novel.
