A.B.M. Nazmul Islam (এ.বি.এম. নাজমুল ইসলাম), (Nick name Bipul), born (Natore District, Bangladesh), is currently a faculty of Chemistry Discipline at Khulna University one of the public university in the southern part of Bangladesh. He receive his B.Sc.(Hons) and M.Sc. degree from the Department of Chemistry at University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh. During his Masters research he works on coordination compounds with Professor Dr. Tofazzal Hossain Tarafder in Organometallic research laboratory. His present research focuses on the synthesis, structural, spectroscopic, magnetic, electrochemical properties of coordination complexes with biological interest to the service in the broad areas of learning and applications.
