Ferdousi Jahan Oyshi
currently serves as a Lecturer in the Sociology Discipline at Khulna University,
and is a PhD candidate in the same discipline. Previously, she served as a
Lecturer and Senior Lecturer at Northern University of Business and Technology
Khulna. She completed both her BSS and MSS in Sociology from Khulna University,
where she was awarded the Dean’s Award in MSS for securing first position. Her
research interests focus on education, career choice, and gender. She has
published several articles in national and international journals in these
areas. In addition, she has presented her research at multiple international
conferences and participated in several training programs on mixed-method
research design and analysis.
