I am an Associate Professor of Economics (on study leave) at Khulna University, Bangladesh, currently pursuing a PhD in Applied Economics at Auburn University, USA. My research covers international trade, foreign direct investment, public finance, and agricultural, forest, and environmental economics, with a particular focus on U.S.–Canada lumber trade disputes, property taxation, and land use change. I have published extensively in SSCI-indexed journals and bring over a decade of university teaching experience. My work integrates applied microeconomics, quantitative modeling, data science, and policy analysis to address pressing issues of sustainability, trade, and community-based economic development.
