Drugs or various additives that we intake or use binds with receptor protein depending on various types of interaction. So drug discovery is significantly depending on interactions because analysts must know in which way drug will interact with protein to cure a disease. The drug will modify the activity and structure of a protein to cure the disease so their interaction is very important to study otherwise drug discovery process may fail. From in-taking drugs to transportation and then digestion, excretion; the physiological effect of drug involves a significant and important mechanism which can be understood analyzing the thermodynamic, volumetric, viscometric behaviors. We gather knowledge of thermodynamic, volumetric and viscometric behavior by analyzing various interactions of drugs with protein. But the structure of protein is very complex. So, it is very difficult to study different types of interactions between proteins and various additives. That is why, to analyze the interactions amino acids can be used as it is the basic unit of protein. Analyzing amino acids interaction with additives will give the result of protein interaction.
