Urban and Rural Planning Discipline of Khulna University celebrated World Town Planning Day on 8 November 2021 (Monday). To celebrate this day, the discipline organised a rally and a seminar. Brigadier General Md. Mahbubul Islam, Chairman of Khulna Development Authority was the Chief Guest in this programme. He presented a keynote in the seminar titled  ‘Role of Khulna Development Authority in Promoting Planned Urban Development of Khulna City’.The Dean of Science, Engineering and Technology School of Khulna University was the special guest in this programme.
