The Environment Migrants: Recognizing as a Separate Category of Human Refugees to Ensure their Right to Land and Resettlement

This dissertation aimed to focus on the issue of the necessity of creating a base of recognition for the people who are forced to migrate due to environmental events. Not that the environmental factors are the only cause to taking migratory decisions, but they certainly have either direct or indirect influences on other factors of migration. Hence the argument of this research goes in favour of acknowledgement of the status that these group of people seem to be deserving.
