The End Line Evaluation of the Bangladesh Flood Response 2024 Project was a rigorous systematic assessment conducted between July and August 2025 to measure the recovery outcomes in the disaster-affected districts of Feni and Noakhali. The study utilized a mixed-methods approach to evaluate the humanitarian intervention’s relevance, effectiveness, and overall impact on community resilience following the devastating 2024 floods. By analyzing quantitative recovery metrics alongside qualitative community feedback, the evaluation documented the project’s success in restoring basic needs and infrastructure while providing a strategic evidence base to refine future emergency response frameworks and disaster risk reduction (DRR) strategies in high-risk riverine regions.
