Modeling Threshold for the neighborhood mobility due to concentrated poverty: A study of Khulna city, Bangladesh

Renter's mobility pattern is very important for policy formulation.  The probability of moving out of a household can be defined as a function of tension (e.g. deteriorating environment), ability to move out (e.g. higher income), and magnetism (e.g. sickness of a family member). Using isotonic regression, the threshold of residential mobility (highest probability crossing which the household will certainly move out) is identified.
