Currently serving as a faculty member at Human Resource Management Discipline, Khulna University. Previously worked as a Lecturer (HRM) at Department of Business Administration, Bangladesh Army International University of Science and Technology. My professional journey began at Beximco Pharmaceuticals PLC, where I served as an Executive in the Human Resources Management Department for over two years.
I hold both MBA and BBA degrees in Human Resource Management from Khulna University, where I achieved outstanding academic results. My career reflects a strong blend of corporate experience and academic engagement, with a passion for teaching and research.
