Synergizing Green HRM, Organizational Citizenship Behaviour and Government Support: A Potent Push for the Environmental Performance on University Campus.

The results of this study indicated that among the three sets of GHRM practices Green Motivation Enhancing Practices (GMEP) and Green Employee Involvement Practices (GEIP) had a Significant relationship with OCBE but Green Competence Building Practices (GCBP) failed to show any effect. Furthermore, the results of the mediation analysis spectacle that OCBE fully mediates the relationship between GEIP and EP, counterintuitively, the mediation of GCBP and EP and GMEP and EP with OCBE were found not to be as significant as expected. Besides, the results indicated that GS did not moderate the relationship between OCBE and EP.
