The Impact of Internal CSR on Employee Turnover Intention

This study examines how internal corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices influence employees’ turnover intentions. Using a quantitative research approach, the research analyzes how initiatives related to employee welfare, ethical workplace practices, and organizational support affect job satisfaction and retention. The findings provide practical insights for managers and HR professionals to enhance employee engagement, reduce turnover, and strengthen organizational loyalty through effective internal CSR strategies.
