This study examines the interrelationship between knowledge, attitudes, and practices (KAP) of human resource professionals in the talent acquisition process. Using a quantitative research approach, the research analyzes how HR professionals’ expertise, perceptions, and behavioral practices influence recruitment effectiveness, fairness, and strategic talent decisions. The findings provide practical insights for strengthening evidence-based recruitment, improving HR capability, and enhancing organizational talent acquisition outcomes.
