The Impact of Environmental Awareness on Employee Green Behavior: The Moderating Roles of Peer Influence and Family Culture

This study examines how environmental awareness shapes employees’ green behavior in the workplace, with particular attention to the moderating roles of peer influence and family culture. Using a quantitative research approach, the research analyzes how social and familial contexts strengthen or weaken the translation of environmental awareness into pro-environmental actions at work. The findings provide insights for organizations and policymakers seeking to promote sustainable behavior by leveraging social norms and cultural values alongside formal environmental initiatives.
