Impact of Work Overload and Time Pressure on Work-Related Well-Being: The Moderating Role of Job Crafting

This study examines the effects of work overload and time pressure on employees’ work-related well-being, with a particular focus on the moderating role of job crafting. Using a quantitative research approach, the research analyzes how proactive employee behaviors such as reshaping tasks, relationships, and perceptions of work can buffer the negative impacts of excessive job demands. The findings contribute to the literature on occupational well-being and offer practical implications for organizations seeking to promote healthier and more adaptive work environments.
