An Investigation into the Effects of Gender and Age on Task Delegation by Supervisors in Multinational Organizations in Bangladesh

This study examines how supervisors’ gender and age influence task delegation practices within multinational organizations operating in Bangladesh. Using a quantitative research design, the research analyzes patterns of responsibility assignment, decision-making authority, and supervisory trust across different demographic groups. The findings provide insights into managerial behavior, workplace diversity, and inclusive leadership practices, offering implications for human resource policies and supervisory training in multinational corporate settings.
