Impact of Perceived Work-Life Balance on Job-Pursuit Intentions among Public University Students in Bangladesh

This study examines how public university students’ perceptions of work-life balance influence their job-pursuit intentions in Bangladesh. Using a quantitative research approach, the research explores how expectations regarding workload, flexibility, personal life balance, and career sustainability shape students’ preferences for specific jobs and sectors. The findings offer valuable insights for employers, policymakers, and career planners in designing employment practices that align with the expectations of young graduates and promote sustainable workforce participation.
