Employee Turnover Crisis in the Sales Department of Eastern Bank Limited

This master’s project investigates the causes and consequences of high employee turnover in the sales department of Eastern Bank Limited. Using an organizational case study approach, the study examines factors such as work pressure, compensation, career progression, and managerial practices, and analyzes their impact on employee retention and performance. The findings provide practical recommendations for reducing turnover and improving workforce stability in the banking sector of Bangladesh.
