Professional Development of Secondary Level Teachers of Bangladesh: Case of Shahid Zia Secondary Girls’ School

This master’s project examines the professional development practices of secondary-level teachers in Bangladesh, using Shahid Zia Secondary Girls’ School as a case study. The study explores teachers’ training experiences, skill enhancement opportunities, and institutional support mechanisms, and analyzes how these factors influence teaching effectiveness and educational quality. The findings offer practical insights for strengthening teacher development initiatives in secondary education.
