Impact of Supervisorial Support on Organizational Citizenship Behavior among The Salesforce of FMCG Industry of Bangladesh

This study investigates the influence of supervisorial support on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) among sales employees in Bangladesh’s fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. Using quantitative research methods, the study examines how managerial guidance, encouragement, and support affect employees’ willingness to go beyond formal job responsibilities, including helping colleagues, showing initiative, and promoting organizational goals. The findings provide insights for managers and HR practitioners to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and overall organizational effectiveness.
