Covid-19 As Crisis: Challenges and Opportunities for Human Resource Management Department During Covid-19 In Bangladeshi Organizations

This study investigates the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on human resource management practices in organizations across Bangladesh. Using  quantitative methods, the research examines challenges such as remote work adaptation, employee engagement, health and safety management, and organizational resilience, as well as opportunities for innovation and strategic HR improvements. The findings provide insights for HR managers and policymakers to develop adaptive strategies that enhance workforce resilience, productivity, and organizational sustainability during crises.
