This study examines the impact of human resource management practices on employee resilience in the telecommunication sector of Bangladesh. Adopting a quantitative research approach, the research analyzes how key HR practices such as training and development, performance management, employee involvement, and supportive work environments—contribute to employees’ ability to adapt, cope, and perform effectively amid organizational change and uncertainty. The findings provide practical implications for telecom organizations aiming to strengthen workforce resilience through strategic HR interventions.
