This study investigates the effect of fringe benefits on employee loyalty among university teachers in Bangladesh. Using a quantitative research design, the research examines how non-salary benefits such as allowances, healthcare, job security, and professional support influence teachers’ commitment and long-term attachment to their institutions. The findings offer practical insights for university administrators and policymakers seeking to enhance faculty retention and loyalty through effective compensation strategies.
