The Impact of Compliance Practices on Turnover Intention the Moderation Effect of Employee Commitment

This thesis examines how organizational compliance practices influence employees’ turnover intentions, with a focus on the moderating role of employee commitment. Using quantitative research methods, the study analyzes survey data to explore how adherence to rules, policies, and ethical standards affects employees’ decisions to stay or leave an organization. The findings provide actionable insights for human resource managers and policymakers to design compliance and engagement strategies that reduce turnover and enhance workforce stability.
