Predicting Turnover at the Workplace: Implications of Work-Life Balance Practices

This thesis investigates the relationship between work-life balance practices and employee turnover in organizational settings. Using quantitative research methods, the study analyzes how flexible work arrangements, organizational support, and work-life policies influence employee retention and job satisfaction. The findings provide insights for human resource managers and policymakers to design effective work-life balance strategies that reduce turnover and enhance workforce stability.
