IIqbal Hossain Moral has completed his MBA, major in Human Resource Management (2016), and BBA in Management Studies (2015) degrees from the University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh. He has around six years of working experience as an academician in the Department of Business Administration at Northern University of Business and Technology Khulna, Bangladesh. Besides, Mr. Moral has experience as a trainer and researcher of an international project known as More Entrepreneurial Life at Bangladeshi Universities (MELBU). The project MELBU (https://melbu.eu/) has been co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union and is a transnational project based on multilateral partnerships between eight Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) from Germany, Poland and Bangladesh. The research areas of Moral are Women Entrepreneurship, Sustainable Entrepreneurship, AI and Entrepreneurship, Technology Adaptation and Sustainability of SMEs, and International Entrepreneurship. Last but not least, Moral is highly committed to contributing to the different entrepreneurial projects around the world for the sustainable and inclusive global economic development.
