Jannatul Ferdous Bristy
Assistant Professor
Jannatul Ferdous Bristy is now conducting her PhD in International Business at Adam Smith Business School in the University of Glasgow, UK. She has completed her Bachelor and Master degree in Business Administration from Khulna University, Bangladesh with CGPA 4.0 out of 4.0 in both BBA and MBA. She worked on Corporate Governance in her MBA thesis and Country Risk Analysis (International Business) in BBA thesis. She has been recognized by President’s Gold Medal, Prime Minister’s Gold Medal, Dean’s Award, Business Administration Discipline's Scholarship, Education Board's Scholarship etc. for academic excellence. She has been serving as an Assistant Professor in Human Resource Management Discipline, Khulna University, Bangladesh since February 14, 2019. Prior to that, she joined as a Lecturer in the same discipline on January 02, 2017. She has published 17 peer-reviewed articles in national and international journals till today. Her research interest covers mainly International Business, Entrepreneurship and Institutional Void. She also enjoys working with HR Practices and Strategy, SME Development and Economic Development.
