Impact of salinity changes on body physiology and expression pattern of candidate genes in mud crab (Scylla olivacea)

Undergraduate (Honors) Thesis: The candidate conduced her thesis under my supervision for 6 months (4th year, 2nd semester). This thesis investigated the role of different salinity levels on the body fluid (hemolymph) regulation and expression levels of three genes (two osmoregulatory and a body fluid regulatory) in the orange mud crab (Scylla olivacea).
