Investigating salinity induced changes in growth, O2 consumptionand expression pattern of key candidate genes in mud crab (Scylla olivacea)

Undergraduate (Honors) Thesis: The candidate conduced his thesis under my supervision for 6 months (4th year, 2nd semester). This thesis investigated the role of different salinity levels on some selected physiological (growth and O₂ consumption) and genetic (expression levels of two growth genes) parameters of the orange mud crab (Scylla olivacea) with regard to the experimental salinity changes.
