Assessment of quality management system of Toast at Ispahani Foods Ltd.

Abstract:Toast is a bakery product that is composed of the higher butter fat.In the industrial production of toast mixed with flour,sugar,milk,dalda etc.Use antioxidant ambonix,dry yeast.Sugar,condensed milk,vanilla powder,sweet,salt salty tasted.There are two types of toasted are found in the Isphani company.Such as-sweet toast and premium toast.Sweet toast are tested sweet and premium toast tasted sugar free and add kalojira.Sweet toast 60.33% sample is very good and taste of the small number 39.67% sample is good.Flavour of most of the 25% sample is very good,and 75% sample is good.Most of the samples 100% are properly sized.All the raw materials 100% are properly weight.During the preparation of dough hygiene condition maintained 100%.the standard temperature level is maintained 100%.In packing area workers 100% wear hand gloves,caps,musk and apron.

Premium toast 42.85% sample is very good and taste of the small number of 42.85% sample is good.Flavour of most of the 28.57% sample is very good and small number of 71.42% sample is good.Most of the samples 100% are properly sized.All the raw materials 100% are properly weight.During the preparation of dough hygiene condition maintained 100%.The standard temperature level is maintained 1000%.In packing area workers 100% wear hand gloves,caps,musk and apron.
