General objective:
To promote quality culture within the university
Specific objectives:
i. To review existing policies, procedures and programs of the Khulna University.
ii. To assess the capacity of the university and identify the strengths and areas for improvement in governance, teaching learning process, faculty qualifications, research activities, student service, library resources, community outreach and other relevant components of the university.
iii. To conduct massive orientation and training to teaching, non-teaching staff and management.
iv. To prepare the university to undergo the external quality assurance assessment and accreditation requirements.
v. To coordinate all quality assurance (QA) related activities at the institution and national levels, and liaison with UGC and other external QA agencies.
vi. To institutionalize quality assurance
culture within the university.
