In addition, Tafsirul has worked with a number of international NGOs (i.e. SNV, ACDI-Voca, Enviu, Save the Children) as well as with local govt. and govt. ministries as a research assistant for the projects related to multi-hazard venerability assessment of fire and waterlogging in Khulna, urban sanitation, development of automated GIS based taxation system and quality and risk assessment of urban services.
