The aesthetic use of ornaments made of local clay and the creation of marginal entrepreneurship

The marginalized poor women motivating to make ornaments made of easily available local clay with the aim of creating self-dependent through this project. To train five families of marginalized women who are involved in various handicrafts to become skilled workers and entrepreneurs through training/workshop/industry visit.

In our country, aesthetic ornaments are usually made with china clay mixed with ball clay, which is very expensive, but this project is aimed at making a proper effort so that these marginal artisans can make ornaments with local clay at the minimum possible cost. The aesthetic adaptation pattern in the development of ornaments shapes, design with the character of the locality as a cultural strategy done by a local artisan so that the creative potency of local art could survive in facing the market competition. The location of the study is village people who are involved with handicrafts.
