It is my immense pleasure to welcome you to the Human Resource Management Discipline! 

Human Resource Management (HRM) Discipline is the most recent addition to the Management and Business Administration School (MBAS), which was designed to meet the issues of today's increasingly digital and technologically advanced business environment. The Discipline is dedicated to helping MBAS achieve its goal of fostering the next generation of business leaders, experts, and pioneers. This is done in a number of ways, such as through high-quality classroom instruction, online education, and opportunities to learn by doing. The Discipline is dedicated to developing new and improved approaches to resolving pressing societal issues, and it does so by maintaining rigorous academic and research standards and creating an engaging and stimulating learning environment for students. 

The Discipline aims to foster a learning environment in which students and teachers work closely together to bring out each student's potential. The Discipline emphasises the significance of mentoring and introducing entrepreneurs to the sustainable growth of the global economy. Additionally, the Discipline aspires to produce the best professionals, educators, and entrepreneurs for the sustainable growth of national and worldwide arenas. It also strives to maintain ongoing relationships with prominent worldwide firms in the fields of accounting, management, human resources, economics, and technology, which gives students an added incentive to acquire a solid academic foundation and exceptional practical experience. 

HRM Discipline tries to create an environment where everyone can thrive, reach their full potential, and do the best work possible. We want to encourage students to do their best and give them a unique learning experience that will help them become independent, career-ready thinkers.
