Imtiaz Masroor
Lecturer


Imtiaz Masroor got his Master's degree (majoring in Finance) and Bachelor's degree (majoring in Finance and minoring in Marketing) from Khulna University in Bangladesh. There, he did well and received several prestigious awards for it, including the Prime Minister Gold Medal, the President Gold Medal, and the Dean's Award. He gave his service to banglalink Digital Communications Ltd., a leading telecom operator in Bangladesh. After that, he worked as a Lecturer of Finance at the Department of Business Administration at the Northern University of Business & Technology Khulna, Bangladesh, and as a Lecturer at the Department of Business Administration at North Western University, Khulna. His research interests include the internationalisation of SMEs, entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial cognition, institutional theories and frameworks, institutional voids, firm performance etc.
