Factors Affecting Less Leprosy Cases in Khulna Division

The Leprosy Mission International-Bangladesh welcomes innovative ideas and encourages research initiatives which benefit the people affected by leprosy eventually. From this point of view, NOREC capacity building project of TLMI-B has announced a grant opportunity with the aim to look for qualified research professionals to carry out research on leprosy that will contribute to TLMI-B vision on “Leprosy Defeated, Lives Transformed”, nationally and internationally. 

I showed my interest regarding this enterprises by submitting a proposal which was accepted by the review team and TLMI-B. Consequently, Leprosy Mission International-Bangladesh offered me this research grant and currently I am working as the Principal Investigator under this project. This project will be in effect from September, 2021 to November, 2021.
