Dr. Muhammad Shamim Al Mamun
Associate Professor



Muhammad Shamim Al Mamun completed his B. Sc. and M. Sc. from the University of Dhaka in Chemistry. After that, he pursued his second M. Sc. at Kookmin University, South Korea, in nanomaterials synthesis. He pursued his PhD at Tohoku University, Japan supported by MEXT scholarship in the field of surface science, especially in the 2D layered materials, and device fabrication (MoS2-FET).  Recently, he has been on study leave as a Postdoctoral fellow at the University of Nevada, Reno, USA. He works as an Associate Professor in the Chemistry Discipline, at Khulna University, Bangladesh.
