Commercially available ultrasound gel contains a
lot of chemicals which are allergenic to skin, and also expensive though the
demand for ultrasound gel is increasing day by day due to its wide range of
applications in medical and paramedical fields. Hence, the objective of the
present study was to formulate ultrasound gel using natural ingredients which has
no side effects and economic as well.
