At present days, the excessive use of antibiotic in livestock sector has resulted in a severe public health hazard in the form of multi-drug resistant bacterial infections. The aim of the present study was to identify and characterize antimicrobial resistant bacteria isolated from raw meat samples in standard in vitro condition. Meat samples were collected from different butcher shops in Khulna city.
