Objectives of the project were-

 

-       Characterization (biochemical and molecular) of antibiotic-resistant bacteria isolated from selected shrimp farms


-       Construction of phylogenetic relationships among the bacterial isolates to find out the diversity of antibiotic resistant bacteria among the community
